Hello. I was diagnosed with Charcot Marie Tooth aka. CMT. I know it's progressive and there's no cure. My physician pretty much didn't tell me anything just prescribed me APA, COQ10, Cerebrolysin and some Vit. B Complex that's pretty much it and didn't mention any importance to sports and I asked him he said swimming is better than gym and I just wanted to make sure. The problem is that I'm suffering from severe weakness in my limbs and trembling also loss of balance since I never engage in a physical activity neither a sport or any other sort of physical demanding activity so I thought of adding some activity to increase my mobility since I'm losing it slowly.. but I'm worried if it's dangerous for me I mean for example, working out and swimming will that help me to strengthen my body and stay in shape or that will make it worse? I actually used to work out a few years ago before being diagnosed with CMT (and left because I had so much studying) so I had severe trembling after every workout I can't touch my iPhone keyboard I mean It's so shaky.. I don't know If it's a normal thing or not but this made me rethink about working out again.

I need your advice guys.
Thank you in advance.
