I wouldn’t stress about it - we’re coming out of (going further into?) a pandemic so most folks with have truncated ECs. What top tier postbac programs are looking for are candidates who *will* matriculate to medical school. They largely focus on three areas: history of strong academic achievement (so strong GPA), history of strong performance of standardized tests(why they ask for SAT, ACT, or GRE scores), and an interesting story for why medicine.
