in immunocompromised patiet,is the immunogobulin conc increased or decreased.plz explain
 
i feel that in a immunocompromised patient the immune system is depressed or is unable to respond optimally....thus the immunoglobulin concentration would be decreased.Correct me if i am wrong.
 
I think you are partially correct ,but i have a doubt since it actually depends on which immune cells have been affected .If t cells have been affected and not the ones that produce the antibodies(immunoglobulins)??then??This is coming from the top of my head ,it may not even make sense but humor me Cleo.Thanks.
