Pacific University-Oregon 3yr block
USN- Nevada 3yr block

Pacific's curriculum is based off of USN's curriculum.
 
UACP- (Appalachia) -Virginia - 3 year block

Maybe Mercer-Georgia too
 
I believe Midwestern-Glendale is 3yr block as well. (Phoenix Metro Area, Arizona)
