You should always try to be positive in your PS, and so if you choose to talk about re-applying, then better scores, better GPA, etc. are all good things to talk about.

I've been there. By the way, a lot of what I learned about re-applying I is in the FAQ. Maybe something in there will help you out.

I don't think you should talk about MCAT on your personal statement. There must be something more important or more interesting about you to talk about.
