What agent kills lipophilic and nonlipophic viruses?

Lipophillic back....like hiv, hep b, rsv...killed by phenols, quaternary ammonium compounds that destroys their lipid coating.
Hydrophillic....like polio, rhino, hep A....Household bleach(sodium hypochlorite)

In general lipophillic are easier to kill.

so the answer for the question is sodium hypochlorite n not the benzalkonium chlorite right?

Yes benzalkonium chlorite belongs to the quaternary amm compounds type of disinfectant and they are not effective against lipophillic viruses.
