I sent in secondaries to a couple of schools I longer wish to apply for and also did not complete my application for those schools. Is it necessary to withdraw or are they just going to throw me out of the decision process because I do not have a completed application?

If you have not yet gotten in anywhere, I would caution withdrawing any apps. I recall a study being done a few years back showing that students who withdrew from applications w/o completing a cycle were often flat out rejected by those schools they had rejected the previous year. In other words, if there is any possibility you would want to reapply to those schools next year b/c you didn't get accepted this year, I would caution withdrawing before you have secured an acceptance (or at least a plethora of interviews).
