I have been accepted to Tufts, but I have interviews coming up at USC and also case. Do you guys think it's worth flying out to these schools and checking them out? I think it will cost me around the same amount to attend either of these places(cost of living + tuition). I personally loved Tufts, but then I haven't really checked out any other schools to be able to compare. For those of you out there who have interviewed at two of the three or all three, or even know more, which one would you pick?

Its all up to you. You can fly to them, find out you hate them and never want to go there. Or you can fly there, find out you love them and choose them over Tufts. Its all up to you and what you like. Grats on getting into them btw.

I'd HIGHLY suggest going to at least more than one school, if not to at least confirm your current decision. It was really useful for me to see as many schools as possible, because it let me know what to really think about when I was making my decision on where to go. And the worse thing that happens will be that you lose a few hundred bucks, but that's a drop in the bucket really.

I agree 100%. You earned the interviews, go check the schools out. If nothing else, you will confirm your decision and that will most certainly make you happy that you went. I actually have a situation right now in which I'm waiting to hear from a school, and I might go there if I get in. Point being, I was already accepted to other places and I almost didn't even go on the interview because I thought I had made up my mind (note: money was a big factor). I decided just what I told you - that I earned the interview, and I ended up going and really, really liking the place. Even if I don't get in (or get in and don't go), I am very happy that I went to check it out.
