Some of the schools will have held on to your old applicant - some might have tossed them out. This makes it rather tricky that you don't recall the schools you applied to. Are you sure that you didn't save your AMCAS as pdf anywhere? or email yourself/others any of your secondary questions? That might help. Maybe contact AMCAS?I am reapplying to medical school this year after taking 2 years off and I can't remember for the life of me all of the previous schools that I applied to. What do I do when I get the secondaries and schools ask if I have applied in the past? For some of them, I can say yes but for most I have no idea. I don't have copies of my applications or essays or anything anymore. Will they have copies of my old applications (AACOMAS/AMCAS and secondaries) even though I applied 2 years ago? I am not sure what to do.
good luck! When I was reapplying, I too forgot some of the schools I applied to and luckily found a version of my AMCAS on my gmail account.Hey! Thanks for your response. Maybe I will call and ask in general. I have looked EVERYWHERE to see if I printed out or saved a copy but I didn't. My old computer died so I don't have anything. I do remember some of the schools that I applied to and obviously will list that I am a reapplicant but for others I just don't remember. Thanks!
are you talking to me? Nothing on my email account is archived -- everything sits in the inbox... even from two years ago. I opened the account 2 years ago and only have used 20% of my storage space (and I pretty much email every word document, pdf, everything to me).Isn't the info in your email archive?
