I ended up this semester with 2 B's and 4A's? Should I update this to my med schools or will the B's hurt me for interview invites. So far I only have one invite, though I got accepted by that one invite. GPA(3.3-3.4) MCAT(29S (1st time), 28Q (6 in Verbal))...any thoughts on chances as well for future invites?

If it brings up your overall GPA go for it. Bs aren't really that bad to med schools. =]

In your update, just tell them about the A's. You aren't required to tell them all of your grades. Hopefully you have some other stuff to include in your update letter
