When signing up to take the DAT, could I just select all the schools I might be applying to even if I end up not applying to them? I just want to do this to save myself money from having to pay for extra reports to be sent if I change my mind. Is this okay to do?

Just select all the schools. It's the same price. You do not have to apply to all the schools that you select for your DAT scores to be sent to. It's better to select more and not apply, than having to pay extra later to add schools
