Okay, so I just recently got my green card and I was wondering If I'm eligible for in-state tuition anywhere?

I go to school at Penn, but my parents live in California now, so where does that put me in terms of residency?

If possible, I'd like to look into schools that would consider me an in-state applicant but I have no idea where that would be.

Thank you.

It depends on your age, whether you are a dependent on the IRS returns, possession of proverty/driver's license. It is best to check with schools in question and with the states of interest.
