Questions about 2009 e-AACPMAS

I started this thread because I can never seem to get a hold of the e-AACPMAS people when I call and they take awhile to respond to emails. I figured my questions would be answered a lot faster if i just ask you guys.

1. Are we only supposed to submit the classes that fulfill the prereqs or do we have to list every class ever taken?
2. Does it HAVE to be in chronological order? ( I already entered everything, but its not in order and I dont want to redo it)
3. For the Extracurriculars section: Is this usually written in prose or is it a compilation of our achievements(similar to a resume)?

1. I would put all the preqs definitely and all the upper level bio/chem courses you took with grades. Also list what upper level courses in bio/chem you are taking in fall 08 and what you are planning to taking in spring 09. If you read on the top, it tells you how to enter them in the grades section.

2. put them in order, it tells you to...

3. I would write about the extra's, not just list. Explain what it is and what you did in them. Also list any awards and also write what they are and why you got them.

1) I initially only put the pre-reqs & the other stuff it said, BUT when I was about to submit, it said something different so I went back and put all pre-reqs+ upper level sci. classes I took already, + upper classes I'm in right now, + the other stuff I plan on taking next semester....

2) Originally mine was in order, but when I went back the 2nd time, (I've been to 3 different schools) it was a little out of sync....I had already listed about 13 classes and I WASN'T about to go back and delete all that stuff...

3) Look at my predents file right beside my name.....Mine was listed like a resume. I just copy and pasted and cleaned it up a bit.....Explained a few things, listed more awards I have..It definitely wasn't written in prose...I don't think they care that much since it's gotta be LESS than 250 words...I made sure they had every little detail....No FLUFFING.... I figured if they needed clarification, they'd ask during the interview...

I think it obviously worked for me since Mrs. Tomoko told me it looked fine....I got ahold of her 1st time I called (sept 3rd @ 9:00 EST)...She looked over mine while I was talking to her, and sent it off by 10 or so.....Barry contacted me Sept. 4th @ 2 p.m....So, I'm taking it, my small discrepancies wasn't a big deal to them...
