I do believe it has a high affinity for the NE transporter, weak for 5-HT and none-to-minimal for DA.

The March issue of Psychiatric Annals has a really good review of TCAs. That whole issue was really useful, and I've never thought that any other time (usually gets a brief check of TOC, then promptly in the recycling bin).

It really is. I haven't read the nefazodone article yet, but the rest were very worthwhile.
