Questions about LOR (undergraduate)

Have a couple questions about LOR:

1. Do letter writers need to know what school I am going to apply? My non-science professor asks me for the school but I honestly haven't had a detailed list ready yet because I don't have MCAT score now.

2. Since I don't have my list ready, how many letters should I prepare?

3. As what I mentioned, I'm going to get one LOR finished from non-science professor soon. Should I ask for other letters (from other sources) now or should I wait another one or two months (or after I get my MCAT score)?

1. No. Especially since you should be applying to about 15 schools, so this would be difficult.

2&3. You don't need to have an mcat score to ask for a LOR, so ask for them whenever you want/need.

You don't have to wait. I waited till after my MCAT to ask for my letters, which delayed my secondary submissions by a couple of weeks. I still got in, but you want to submit applications early if possible.
