You can get verified as long as you have the classes you are retaking marked as "In Progress" or "To Be Completed" on the primary. It was list you as still needing one transcript when you go check on the status, but you will get verified because of the way you have labeled the course (I believe it also asks you when you are completing it as well). If the classes aren't offered and you have already listed them as to be completed, you will just have to send an update to AACOMAS letting them know you are no longer planning to take them. If you do end up taking them, just make sure you have a transcript sent as soon as possible, especially since they are retakes and will affect how your GPA gets calculated.
If these are classes that you desperately need to retake to really make your application worthwhile, I'm honestly not sure I would try to cram them all in during the summer. The grades are going to be important and summer classes, particular science ones (and I assume that's what you're retaking?), are not easy. If for some reasons, grades don't pan out like you'd like, you're really hurting your chances. Can you not just retake them in the fall? As long as the school sees that you're retaking them on your primary, you can still receive secondaries...it might delay your interviews a little at some schools because they might want to see those grades, but it all depends on how well you think you can manage it all.
