so when you wanna purchase USMLE world they also offer the self assessment forms but it says "two weeks" in front of it. Does that mean once you buy it it will only be available to you for two weeks or what?

No, I bought that package for step I and the 2 weeks on the self assessment starts the first time you sign into the self assessment software (which is separate from the qbank). So you can save it as long as you'd like and will have 2 weeks from the point you start it.

2wks after you first start usin it.. but it's an 'assessment', you'd wanna finish it in a day and move on

my friend took it and it was basically the time window you get to complete the test from the point you buy it...if you would like the score predictor to be as accurate as possible, try to take the exam under testing conditions...as obvious as it sounds, put your books away (so you dont get tempted to look up any answers) and accurately time yourself...good luck!

No, that's not what it is; the two weeks is from the first time you sign into the assessment test, not when you buy it. If you want to be sure, OP, you can email UW and they are really good about getting back to you but I remember because I emailed them about this very question prior to buying the test.

Yes, I emailed UW, and they were VERY prompt about getting back to me. That being said, Customer Service is NOT very accommodating with glitches in the system, will not refund your money if you have problems, and will NOT offer you a complementary reset of the assessment if you have problems with the software... they probably have the worst customer service I have ever seen from a company. but their q-bank is money.

ah, ok, thanks! my buddy took it when he purchased it and during one sitting so i guess this 2 week stipulation did not affect him. sorry for the misinformation.
