Questions Everyone Tends to Mess up

Hey!
I remember reading a few months ago about two questions (one was an orgo question...something about what is formed in a certain rxn and the other was a bio question...i think along the ecology lines) that are usually on the exam, of which most people mess up. Does anybody remember or know which questions I am referring to??

The biology question was about sea urchins and the vitelline envelope I believe.

some common ecology questions, are dealing with the certain biomes of the earth, such as they gave you an example of a biome and you have to be able to realize which one it is, also know your consumer, producer, mutualism, parasitism etc...
