Are there any searchable resources for practice questions on specific topics? Like say I want to do board style questions on COPD and related pathophysiology, are there books or online resources that I can just type in COPD and it will bring all relevant ones to the front? Or is it best to just scour my textbooks and try to find some?

I've never seen anything that specific. Most books are specific by subject (aka pathology) and then organized by system (aka pulm) so you could do lung path questions together, but I've never seen anything break it down quite that far.

The exception is the Case Files series for clinical years where there's typically one case per topic like COPD, but also only three to five questions per case.

Sometimes I see something useful in review articles that have CME credit questions.
