Hi guys, first of all congratulations 🙂 on the interview invite...

Now when were you officially complete?

I've been complete for around 1.5 weeks now and am so totally depressed ... I hope I'll get an invite soon....

those with interviews at Jefferson, do you mind posting what kind of stats you had....my app won't be complete for at least another 3 weeks....damn LOR.......thanks

LOL, join the club ocean11. I feel your pain. I know it's early, but it would be nice to score an invite.

Wow invites already, lets just say your chances are very good this early in the game.

I just completed my Jefferson application today (If I'd only received the original email maybe I would have heard something back by now...!). I'm crossing my fingers too....

I'll see you there efex100...are you going to stay with a student or go with the $100 per night hotels they listed? I'm coming from San Francisco and have to make it a really short trip, (arriving at 8:30 the night before and leaving at 7 the evening of the interview day) so I'm tempted just to go with a hotel.

I'm not sure when my file was complete -- maybe2-3 weeks ago?

And stats? Pretty good/average but with a lot of clinical employment and clinical/community volunteer work and leadership. I also did a post-bacc at a CA state school b/c I got my degree in anthro and took relatively few science classes the first time around.

Best wishes to you all too!

Burlypie I am in your same situation, to save money (the airlines wanted $1,000 for my ticket into Philly hello??) I am flying into Baltimore late on the 23 staying at a hotel there in Baltimore, and then driving early next morning (100 miles) to Philly, this ticket was $160 a big difference! I also have a limit on how many days I can stay so I also leave Wed around 9:00 at night. Yeah, I am doing hotel and rental car..

Wow, props to you. I don't think I could handle driving 100 unfamiliar miles to an interview. Doesn't the rental car cost almost eat up the 160 you're saving on the plane ticket?

I actually found $340 fare from SF to Philly on ATA and America West, but the flight schedules would keep me away for three days -- can't do that. Luckily my mom has a zillion frequent flier miles che's kicking down, so I could get that $1500 American Airlines flight without worry.

But yes, I think the airlines have it in for us mid-week travelers. No fair .

I think she's saving $840 on the flight! 😱

Did you guys try Southwest Airlines? I don't think a ticket from Calif to Philadelphia should cost that much. I got a ticket from LA to Nashville for $250.

Hey, I'll be with you guys on the 24th. I think my file was complete about three weeks ago, but I'm not sure.

I'm a philly native, so I don't think I'll be much help with the flying bit, but if you need any help with directions or anything, I'd be happy to lend a hand.

Same here, also a Philly native. Just moved out yesterday from Baltimore -- damn -- 36 hours of packing/unpacking is no fun 🙂

I wouldn't worry about when you interview. My file was complete early on, but I didn't get an interview until the first week of March. And I received my acceptance shortly after that. (I was never on the waitlist). The class was supposed to be "full" at the time that I went.

Dont' worry about when you hear, or when you interview. It doesn't make a difference at Jefferson.

Good luck to you guys!
