Hello,
I have some questions in internal medicine, which I hope someone can help me with since I haven't been able to find them in my textbooks and I didn't get the chance to ask my lecturer in class today.
1) How big is the difference in bloodglucose in arteriel, capillary, and venous blood respectively?
2) When measuring blood glucose with the enzymatic splicing method, why isn't it a good idea to use serum instead og plasma? I am aware of the fact that when analysing plasma, it is important to analyse it within 10 min, or use sodiumfluoride to avoid glycolysis. But why not serum?
3) Difference between hard and soft exudates in the retina due to diabetic retinopathy?
Thanks!
