Questions on application process

I am finally getting my act together and trying to submit. I have the following questions:
1. Do you pay each time you apply to a hospital? If so, how much?
2. I am waiting for my comlex II scores before submitting applications because I feel that I will know what my chances are in a couple of days. Is this the right thing to do? Or should I just submit?
3. Do you save any money if you release both step1 and step2 scores at the same time? (In my case, just the comlex).

Hey man, I just submitted a couple weeks ago and had similar questions lol

1) You do pay per hospital, its about 10 bucks per app
2) I dunno what you are interested in, but if it is something competitive like ER or Ortho or something, you better submit TODAY!
3) You pay a flat $70 fee for the COMLEX release. If your score comes out next week or w/e, then you just go into documents > comlex transcript and hit retransmit and it is free to do so. You could retransmit 20 times, and it would be free everytime.
