Questions on UWorld vs. Actual Step I

Silly question, but what portion of Step I resembles actual questions/explanations in UWorld? I understand UW is on par with Step 1's question style, difficulty, and question type...but I was pretty much wondering the actual questions themselves

The questions I had on the real deal were most similar to UWorld's.

The NBME questions were vastly over-simplified compared to the real exam. I had a few one-liners on the real deal that may have resembled NBME questions, but most of my actual Step1 was identical to UWorld.

I walked out of the testing centre having felt like I had just finished a very long and super-intense study day from UWorld - nothing like the NBMEs.
