Questions to Ask During Residency Interviews

What are the tough questions to ask a PD, Chair, faculty so you can really find out if there are any deficiencies or weaknesses in the program. Questions like volume of surgical specimens, which have been touched upon before.

If anyone could provide a few questions (and exactly what to look for in an answer) which can really help a candidate assess any weaknesses in a program, that would be great!

have you checked that out before? i thought some questions were interesting, while others just didnt seem that important. nice site tho.
