I have several questions, please reply if you can answer them!

1. What does bump mean?

2. Does anyone know if there has been movement in the bottom third? Does anyone know if they will get to the bottome third this year?

1. bump means "bring up my post", or moving the thread to the top of the forum.

2. you're gonna have to specify which school you're talking about if you want anyone to answer...although my gut reaction would be to say that any school rarely takes folks from the third tier of its waitlist.
