Hello, had a question guys...i was on FREIDA.com the other day, and was looking up programs. If it has 4 years for required length of the program does that mean if you are accepted to the school's anesthesia program you are already enrolled to do a prelim year at that school? Or do you have the opportunity to apply for a separate prelim year somewhere else? If you can't apply for a prelim year anywhere else--can you apply for a transitional yr somwhere else? Also--if a school has 3 years required length--does that mean you have to definitely apply for a prelim or transitional yr--either at that school or somewhere else? Is it tougher to get into a transitional year than a prelim year? Is it better to do the prelim year or transitional year at the school that you want to do anesthesia at? Sorry for all of the questions. thanks.
