If you add an antagonist to the Ach receptors on the sarcolemma of muscle cells, you would suffer from muscle weakness right because ur not activating ur muscle that much and stimulating contractions....on the contrary, if you add an Ach-cholinesterase inhibitor, this obviously leads to sustained contractions due to increased Ach in the synapse right?
