quick DAT Registration question

Hey guys! I'm slightly confused about the Y/N questions asked on the DAT registration process online. What did you put down Y or N for:

1) Have your name available to dental school for recruitment purpose?

2) Minory (What do they consider as minorities?)

I have the same question regarding
"Do you want your name made available to dental schools for recruitment purposes?"
recruitment for what? Military? But it doesn't state that...I'm confused..anyone?

the first one is probably if you're score is really good and you put yes, dental schools can probably contact you unless you put no?
