I'm an IMG, got a 210 on nbme 13 last week. I have 3 weeks left till my exam and about 800 questions left in UW.
Did nbme 7 June 16 - 193
Nbme 6 June 24 - 204
Nbme 13 July 3 - 210

My plan is:

Try and finish UW by the end of the week (by July 13)
Take nbme 11 (july 14th)
Read all of FA again with my UW notes and watch pathoma (8 days until July 22)
Take UWSAS 1 and prometric (July 23)
Try to do as many UW questions again... I was hoping at least 1600 again and nbme 15 and again watch pathoma (8 days - July 31)
And then the last week look over all nbme questions, re-read FA, more questions, and nbme 12 (maybe)

Does this sound plausible? If you have any suggestions, I would GREATLY appreciate it!

200 UW questions a day is the most I could possibly do (and it would involve minimal reading of explanations for questions I "knew" w/minimal annotating). So yes, possible, but it's going to be a time crunch and you won't get the 100% value out of the explanations

I would recommend doing more on the day of your NBME 11. That should only take 4 hours or so to do. Figure another 2-3 hours to go over wrong answers. Lots of time left in the day.

FA+pathoma - I personally wouldn't be able to get through both 100% in a week, but I tend to work on the slow side, so I'll say that's possible depending on how quickly you can work.

I think doing FA+pathoma AGAIN in that last week may be more worthwhile than incorrect Q's in UW, but I'll let other people give their opinion here. I wouldn't take NBME 12 right at the end unless you're potentially willing to push the test back if you're unhappy with the score

Good luck

Thanks for the advice! I agree.. I already feel like I'm getting less out of doing the questions as this rate than when I was doing 100 questions/day. I'm just so behind schedule I was trying to schedule to do more per day and hopefully catch up.

I will focus on FA/pathoma more than questions in my last week. Also a good point about nbme 12. I was thinking of doing it just in case the same question or something similar on my actual exam.
