quick little question about PS style

Would it be poor form to consistently refer to the liberal arts school I attended by it's first name (e.g. Colgate University, and I referred to it as Colgate as opposed to "my college"). I ask because I want to optimize name recognition, but also for word count. The school I attended is somewhat well regarded...

Refer to it by name once, then use "my college" afterwards. That's my opinion.

But just in case you are, don't spend your whole PS talking about your college. Remember it should be about you.
