I need to decide within a day or so what classes I will take so I need a quick response. I am struggling between taking a statistics course in the math department or one in a political and administrative management department. The on in the political department is much easier than the one in the math department (or so I hear). Would the latter statistics course be included in the BCMP GPA? Do medical schools prefer math department classes for this? Please help, and quickly. Thank you.

The statistics class in the easier department IS counted. I took a stats course in a similar department (and many premeds at my university do) and the health careers office explicitly states that it does count into the BCPM gpa.
