I was originally planning on just using First Aid as my main source of High Yield informationa and adding notes to it like everyone suggests. But, For the past couple of days I have also been using my Step Up book (2nd edition) as I am doing Qbank questions and I am realizing that most of the notes that I have been adding to FA are already in the step up book with some really great pictures as well.

My question to anyone out there that has used both of these books is that after taking the exam did they feel that both books used together was a good choice and did it turn out to be beneficial for there overall score.

Or should I just trash step up and stick with soley first aid??
Thanks

i was also originally going to stick to FA only, but i have heard from a few upper classmen that using FA + step up worked very well. someone else also told me that if they had used step-up more than they did, their score would have been significantly higher. apparently step-up is particularly useful for M1 material, while FA is golden more for M2 stuff. anyway i think i will give the combo a try now. again this is not from personal experience, i haven't seen step-up at all, this is just what some older folks at my school have said

Yeah,
I recieved similiar advice but was told to use the 2nd edition of step up because the 1st editition has many errors.
Good luck and crank it out!!!

If you only have time to use one book, I would stick to first aid, but make sure you UNDERSTAND it. If you have time, I would start with step up and finish with first aid. I felt like step up gave a good review to start with, but first aid is just bare bones high yield stuff (ie better for "cramming"). I used this strategy and it worked for me.
