What is the difference between curettage and enucleation?

enucleate - you scallop out the entire mass/cyst/tumor in one piece from the cavity without breaking it up or damaging it.

curettage - you forcibly scrape the the mass or tissue with instruments from its surrounding walls, sometimes taking a portion of the walls with it.
