Yes, it is Community Service/Volunteer. It is not Medical/Clinical, which requires patient interaction. You might also consider listing it under Leadership instead, if you feel you fulfilled that role.

Set up an AMCAS account and go to the Activities section. There is a pull-down menu with many, many categories to choose from. You get 15 slots total, regardless of how you name an entry. You may have other experiences that qualify for several of the designations, so pick the category that makes your application the most varied. If your experience doesn't fit anything (like shadowing) then put it under "Other."
