Quick quesiton regards to ochem

Hey guys what up.

How many questions did you guys receive on the real DAT that's related to NMR and IR spectrums? I dont know about you guys, I BARELY had any of those type questions on all my practice ones. On both real DAT exams I took. I have 4 IR and 1 NMR on the 1st exam and the second time I had 4 NMR and 1 IR on my test.

Anyway, I am just curious.....nothing special. I did learn that STUDY EVERYTHING every topics on the DAT practice exams, one little thing could and DID come back and bite me on the azz...

I had about 3 spectro questions as well, but they were pretty straightforward if you knew the basic concepts.

it is funny, in my last DAT I had NONE! but in my old one I got 3.

wow you posted one of the most thorough breakdowns ever....I was too lazy to finish reading it. Nice scores though!!! I got 19/20/21 myself. Good luck to both of us.

I think I got about 3 NMR/IR. IMO, they were hard and I studied them kind of hard. The questions were not gimmes as I was expecting.

I can only think of 2 NMR/IR questions. One was actually pretty hard. Probably one of the ones I got wrong too...

wow...ya I guess god just had to punish me for NOT studying NMR and IR by giving me 10 questions total on my DATs.
