That looks like exactly what I got for my Kaplan class. We're told to use the Review Notes at home and then we take notes in the Lesson Book in class. (The Lesson Book won't be too helpful for you without an instructor, as there are big spaces to take notes under bold-faced headlines..) The Review Notes will be what you use most if you're not taking the class.
