quick question about step 2 cs scheduling

i am currently scheduled for Sep 12 '09 , which is the LAST day of that scheduling period
period = Jul 19 through Sep 12 reporting =
Oct 14- Nov 11
is it safe to say that i will get my score by nov 11 latest?

or is there possiblilty that prometric will take their time getting my test stuff to USMLE people and i will be bumped to the next reporting period?
