USMLE quick question about step 3 and CCS cases and breaks

do you have to do all the CCS cases in one sitting on the real exam?

or can you take a break in between them?

No. You can take a break. Also, your cases will end early, which rolls over the remaining time into break time. I finished with 2 hours of break time left.

You can take a break as often as after every case. I did a break every 3 cases.
