Hi,

I took DAT in early June and will take one more in early September.

I have e-submitted the application online already and applied for 8 school, only 5 of which has received (or will receive) my score from first DAT ( I wasn't sure which schools I would be applying for).

So, considering that I have put my future DAT date on my application and D.schools won't review my application until they get my future score,

is it necessary to send my first DAT score to those 3 schools now? Or, instead of doing that, can I just wait til I take one more in September and send my scores to all of the schools I applied?

Thanks in advance!!

I think it depends on how well u did on your first DAT, if you think it's worthy enough to show the 3 remaining schools so they can look at ur application early, then send ur first scores to the 3 schools now. But if your score would only make them think ur inadequate just send the new scores when u get them, also if u do better on the 2nd DAT, defintely send that score to all 8 schools so they see improvement. Wat'd u get anyway?

I've got 18AA/18TA/20PA.
I did horrible on bio though (got 16)
What do you think?
Don't bother sending the first DAT score?

I think it's better to get 16 on QC/rc than on bio cause we'll study lots of bio-based courses but in total your scores are not that bad . It's my opinion , it's your final decision.

so when dental schools receive DAT score, do they get that one specific score OR all previous records of an individual as well?

Does anyone know?

i think 18 is average, so if those 3 schools are top tier schools u might just wana wait till u take ur 2nd DAT then send them that score, assuming it's good. Thats my opinion ask that bruins dude who's painfully honest lol.
