"The Pharmacy College Admission Test is required and must be taken not later than October of the year prior to application for admission to the professional program. "

So if I want to apply in 2010, the last chance I have to take the PCAT is Oct 2009?

Yes, and if you want to get a slight advantage over the competition, I would recommend taking the PCAT in July 2009 and submitting your pharmCAS around August 2009 - even without your PCAT scores in - for 2010 admissions.
