Quick Question on Filling out 15 Activities

When you're filling out the 15 activities on the app - do you group together all of the places you did your hospital volunteering, your research, etc. or does each place take up 1 space? or are you supposed to pick the hospital you volunteered at the longest and not include the others?

You can group activities or you can list them individually - listing them individually might give the activities more significance whereas, if you have a lot of activities, grouping them opens up space for activities you might not have otherwise listed.
