quick question on LOR

i am aware that if i use interfolio for my LOR's, i need to attach a matching form. but do i need to attach a matching form if i dont use interfolio for my LOR?

also, i noticed that a matching form is required for the transcripts. the matching form for the transcripts needs to be included, regardless, right?

Matching form for transcripts is a must. Matching form for paper letters is a must. If they're submitting electronically, it will just email them with what to do.

If I submit my application before my letter of recommendation writers submit their letters, that's not going to change anything forth writers, right? They're still going to do everything as normal, right?
