Is the Kaplan Q review ( a 9 month thing) different from Q bank ( 3 or 1 month)?

Q review has more questions. but are these two online prep materials essentially the same thing?

I am thinking of buying the 9 month now and then the 3 month review thing.

the qreview also has some integrated vignettes some people find it useful, most from what i hear, dont 🙂
