Quick question please

When they say science GPA, does it include all the science classes you took or just the premed science classes? I have a Bachelor's in Biochemistry and therefore wonder if my Biochem and microbiology classes will count. I pray they don't count though because I had a couple of C's.

BCPM = Biology, Chemistry physics and math

Therefore Biochem and microbio will count, best wishes! 👍

For Osteopathic schools science gpa does NOT include math. for a more detailed answer please see post #2 in the FAQ. This is an answer I pulled straight from the AACOMAS application Help section.

I'm sorry iamnotconfused but those biochem/microbio classes do count. a couple of C's are not that bad though.

BTW UMDNJ-SOM does require 6 credits of math

I did not post the link because you need to start an application and then go into the Help section to get this info. That is why I posted it in the thread. It would take 10 minutes to do all that just to get some simple info. This post is about GPAs not requirements.

Anyway I won't take your comment personally.

Yup, and TCOM requires 3, but neither are counted in the science GPA (fortunately.)
