Are all constants given on the DAT? Just wondering if we had to memorize specifice heat, fusion, and vaporization constants for water.

Thanks,

I don't know because I didn't get hit with any questions that required it!!! Chemistry was my toughest subject preparing for. I thought I was going crazy many times. But when I did the actual DAT, I scored the best out of OCHEM, BIO, and CHEM. The DAT is very straight forward in the CHEM section and all the calculations were very simple.

I had a question about colligative properties and was given the constants I needed, so I don't think you have to memorize all of them. I was also given R (=0.0821, or whatever it is 😳 ), so I guess that doesn't need to be memorized. But like General, I had very few calculations overall (I don't recall any about specific heats). So don't stress too much about memorizing all of the constants 🙂 Except maybe avogadro's number, but that is probably already stuck in your brain 😉
