I just want to play things safe. Im holding an acceptance and am on a couple of waitlists. I know chances of getting off them are slim but i dont want to burn any bridges just in case:

-If i sign a master promissory note for my current held school, will that in any way hurt my chances at admission off the waitlist (or getting a loan) at another?

-If I fill out the MSQ (my school requires it for matriculation) will that hurt my chances off the waitlist?

Feel free to answer any (or both) quesitons. Thanks!!

I dont think it will affect your chances of getting off waitlists, but someone else will have to chime in on how it could affect loans elsewhere.
