Can you do an MO Class II amalgam on mandibular 1st premolar? You only have a point contact with the canine ...

For the CAN DO amalgam there - Yes:) in theory and in tests yes.
But for the should you - not that sure :) coz your patient will prefer composite there. ;)
The thing to consider about MO on mand.1st premolar is the pulpal floor and the access to it. Remember you have to have the plane a bit tilted lingually not to cut into the pulp horns ;) Hope it helps.
