my amcas is done except for selecting medical schools and letters of rec, which have all been requested but have not come in yet. can i just select my medical schools and then turn in the application and wait for the letters of rec to come in later?

Yup, you should be fine. Just make sure your letters come in before you send out your secondaries, which won't be for a while now.
