I know this is an AMCAS related question, but thought I would stand a better chance of getting an answer if it was it's own thread.

My AMCAS is processed and has been sent to medical schools, but two of my 6 letters are still on route (I called my writers today to verify this). Will these letters get forwarded to the schools even though my application has already been processed? I am sure this question has been asked before, but I was not sure how easy it would be to find the answer. So thank you if you are able to help! 🙂

Yes. The way letters are "sent out", is that they are uploaded to AMCAS, and then schools have the ability to go on their AMCAS and download letters available to them.

Oh that makes complete sense! I guess my stressed out brain thought they were just copied and mailed out! I was a bit worried!! Thank you for your quick response, much appreciated!
