I know this is in the wrong thread, but nobody looks at the other one lol. I was wondering if DO schools look down on reapplicants? I applied last year to the same DO schools I am this cycle... except last year I was unable to complete the secondaries due to personal reasons. Will adcoms not like this? Or do they look at every applicant fresh?

At that level, they do NOT care. Go ahead a re-apply!
What we view more seriously is the perosn who had an interview, didn't get accepted, and then re-interviews. They damn well better show some improvement over that intervening year.

Same boat as OP. But I read that we should call each school to verify what they consider as a reapplicant when it comes down to secondaries.

Did you change your personal statement completely or did you use some ideas from the last statement?

I changed it, but used some of the same ideas.
